C900 Fittings

PVC Fabricated Fittings

We fabricate PVC fittings in our Bellingham, Washington facility. These fittings are available in sizes 1/8” through 60” in all configurations and ends where applicable.

* Fittings can be manufactured and tested in conformance to CSA requirements—limited to: 4” – 48” Solvent Weld/Gasketed SDR35 Sewer and SDR26 Heavy Wall Sewer. Any of these options must be noted at time of quote submittal and order submission.

  • Elbows: 90° (3pc & 5pc), 60° (3pc), 45° (3pc & 2pc), 30° (2pc), 22-1/2° (2pc), 11-1/4° (2pc), and custom angles and piece count available upon request
  • Tees: Line tees up to 54”. Reducing tees through 60”.
  • Wyes: Available from 4” through 54” in both 45° wyes and in true wyes.
  • Crosses: Available in 4” through 54”
  • “Sanded” Manhole Adapters: Available in 4” through 60” and in single or double gasket style.
  • Spec-Loc Fittings: Available in 4” through 24” in C-900 and IPS. Made in White, Blue, or Purple colors
  • High Deflection Couplings: Available from 14” through 30” in C-900 in Purple, Blue, or Green colors.
  • Sweep Bends: Available through 21”.
  • Bolted Repair Couplings: Available from 4” through 15” in IPS with Stainless Steel or Zinc bolts in lengths of 12” or 18”.
  • Drains and Basins: Available in 6” through 48” in a myriad of custom specifications. Call us today
  • Caps: Available in 6” through 48”.
  • Valves: Available in 6” through 12” in Surface, PIP, or Sewer pipe. Terminal backwater and Inline valves available in 4” through 24”.
  • PVC Structures: Manholes, Tanks, Spools, Headers, Manifolds. 2” through 48”. If you can dream it, we can build it!
  • Vanstone Flanges: Available from 2” through 48”.

We stock a wide variety of molded PVC ttings in our Bellingham, Washington facility as well as our Preston, Idaho; Kearney, Nebraska; and Lubbock, Texas warehouses.

Machine Shop & Other Services

Specified Fittings has two complete machine shops (Bellingham, Stevensville) that can do a myriad of functions:

  • CNC: Capabilities up to 24”.
  • Drilling/Boring: We can other specialty perforated piping as well as custom made parts.
  • Machining: We have large machine shops capable of turning up to 20 ft. in diameter parts to whatever specification or special application you may need.
  • Threading: Available in sizes 2” through 18” in various applications. Can be to NPT or custom specification.
